I cannot launch combat arms. Help please!?

Whenever i click “Start Game” on the Combat Arms website, a little thing comes up that says “Checking for Updates,” then it disappears and I wait like 5 min but nothing happens. Please help!

I dont know much about combat arms but if it dosent work, go to your Combat Arms folder in your computer and there should be a “Combat Arms Direct” icon, double click and hope that it works. Good Luck.
