Question by Chris: Windows Update help.?
Okay… So when I go to windows update I get the following message…

“To install updates from this website, you must be logged on as an administrator or a member of the Administrators group on your computer. If you use Windows XP, you can see if you are an administrator by going to User Accounts in Control Panel.

Note: If your computer is connected to a network, network policy settings might also prevent you using this website. Contact your system administrator for help with updates.”

And I have checked numerous times and I am administrator of my computer, the only one. I’ve tried restarting my computer. Can anybody help me fix this so I can update my computer?

You can get Windows updated if you install Firefox at http://www.getfirefox.com and then go to http://www.windizupdate.com to install the updates
