At the bottom of this page, which one do I select? I am using frontpage to create my website and my hosting is Go Daddy. http://www.godaddy.com/

Which one do I choose? This one?:

“Create a PHP Feedback Form (Requires PHP 4.1 or above)”

Or this one?:

“Create a Perl Feedback Form CGI Script”

Please help me. Thanks.
